how the quality of your sleep?


After a day of activism, sleep is one powerful way to re-collect the body's energy. But that does not mean getting out of bed that long will just make your body feel fresh.Sometimes the body just felt weak. If you feel these symptoms, it means that there is something wrong with your sleep less in other words, you sleep less quality.
Sleep when you have been sleepy, so you will easily fall asleep. Do not exercise before bed, because the muscles of the body and heart to work faster so that makes you sleepy will be difficult.Also avoid serious activity that spurs the brain to think hard, such as reading books or watching television. TV programs can disrupt the pineal gland in the brain that may cause difficulty sleeping. Similarly, if you want to read the book, read a book with content that "mild".
Do not consume coffee or tea before bed. Both contain caffeine which can stimulate blood circulation and has a long-lasting stimulating effects on the nervous system so that it will hamper your sleep. Also avoid alcohol consumption because it can make you wake up and have trouble falling asleep again.Sleep with the room in dark conditions. Because the light that your eyes can disrupt circadian rhythm of pineal gland melatonin and serotonin production as well. Quality of sleep you can stay awake by turning off room lights. If not comfortable with the darkness, you can use dim lights or blinkers.Hopefully some of these tips can be useful to improve sleep quality are beneficial for your health.
